Launching on the 21st May 2015 the Garden Grille Restaurant and Bar will be offering an all new Lunch and Dinner menu as the winter months approach.
Specialising in premium, locally sourced steak, the Garden Grille offers an à la carte style dining with a focus on the popular char grill steaks and seafood, fresh produce and an emphasis on great wine, and this new menu does not disappoint with the addition of a home style Lamb Shank dish and an all new pasta dish to accompany the usual favourites.
Executive Chef, Patrick Carlos, has created the new winter menu with a particular emphasis on fresh seasonal produce and satisfying home made favourites for winter such as a Lamb Shank Curry and the moreish Sticky Date pudding with salted caramel sauce.
Other new menu options to launch include the five hour slow cooked beef short rib served with Asian greens and a sticky master stock glaze and the roasted duck and sticky orange filled ravioli, served in a Jerusalem artichoke cream sauce and topped with herb crumbs.
