Terms and Conditions of the Charles Baker Colouring In Competition

 

  1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these ‘conditions of entry’.
  2. Entry into the competition is only open to Australian residents between the age of 1 and 10 years old.
  3. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
  4. Eligible entries must be submitted to Charles Baker by the 31 January 2017.
  5. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  6. Children over the age of 10 years are ineligible to enter.
  7. To enter, colour in the specified colouring in entry form from Charles Baker at The Glen Hotel and fully complete the entry details on the bottom. One entry per person.
  8. The competition period is from Wednesday 28th December 2016 to Tuesday 31st January 2017 and only eligible entries will be accepted.
  9. Management reserves the right to change or alter the competition times and proceedings without notice.
  10. Employees of The Glen Hotel and its subsidiaries are excluded from entry.
  11. Prize consists of 2 x Event Cinemas Gift Cards valued at AUD$70 each.
  12. Prize categories will be from 1 - 5 years and 6 - 10 years.
  13. One winner will be picked from each category.
  14. If the winner does not claim their prize within 24 hours of notification, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  15. In all cases the promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. The promoter is The Glen Hotel Pty Ltd.

 

Terms and Conditions of the Annual Australia Day Meat Pie Eating Contest 2017

 

  1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these ‘conditions of entry’.
  2. To enter, competitors must be available on the day to compete and must register online for an entry ticket before the day. Online registration fee for The Glen Hotel's Annual Australia Day Meat Pie Eating Contest is $5 plus website booking fee and includes entry into the competition starting at 2pm sharp on Thursday 26 January 2017. By purchasing this ticket, the ticket holder/s have agreed to the full set of terms and conditions as outlined below.
  3. Ticket holders must present their tickets upon entry to the event as an A4 printed ticket (please do not resize the ticket) or on a Smart Phone.
  4. Government issued Photo ID and a valid ticket will be required upon entry to validate authenticity as a ticket holder.
  5. Refunds will not be given on the day of the event, being 26/01/2017.
  6. Refunds prior to the 26/01/2017 will be issued by Local Tickets Pty Ltd if this event is cancelled before the schedule start date and time for any reason including inclement weather, or reasons beyond the event hosts control such as severe weather, flood, fire, explosion, civil disobedience, riot, labour disturbances, failure or delay in transportation, war, sabotage or other acts of God.
  7. If the event is rescheduled, Local Tickets Pty Ltd reserves the right to decide whether Ticket Holders will automatically be refunded, or whether tickets will be transferred to another date with a refund option.
  8. Local Tickets Pty Ltd reserves the right to deduct administration and merchant fee charges on all refunds from Ticket Holders regardless of the reason for the refund.
  9. Ticket Holder details may be used by Local Tickets Pty Ltd and The Glen Hotel for marketing purposes.
  10. Eligible entries must contain full name, phone number and valid email address.
  11. Numbers are limited to 24 entrants.
  12. No children under the age of 18 are permitted to register or compete in this competition.
  13. Attendees must comply with all alcohol, smoking and behavioural laws within the event venue and or grounds.
  14. The competition begins on Thursday 26 January 2017 at 02:00pm AEST sharp and only eligible entries will be accepted. The competition may be structured as a round of heats followed by a final, or just one final round. To enter the competition, you need to complete your registrations details on the Brisbane Tickets website.
  15. Management reserves the right to change or alter the competition times and proceedings without notice.
  16. Employees of The Glen Hotel PTY LTD and its subsidiaries are excluded from entry.
  17. Competitors will need to fully consume 12 x 50g beef party pies first before following it with a full pot of XXXX Summer beer in the fastest recorded time in the final round to be eligible for a place.
  18. First, second and third place winners will be decided by time keepers and will be under managerial discretion. The decisions of the management of The Glen Hotel are final. No further correspondence will be entered into.
  19. Total first prize is $500 cash.
  20. Second and Third prize draw is a 24 stubbie carton of XXXX Summer, valued at RRP $51.99 each.
  21. The Glen Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with the “Annual Australia Day Meat Pie Eating Contest”.
  22. This competition is promoted by The Glen Hotel Pty Ltd.
