- Competition opens Thursday 3rd August and closes Wednesday 23rd August 2023
- Entry is open to children ages 4 – 13 years of age
- The colouring competition is split into two (2) categories
- 4-8 years
- 9-13 years
- To enter, entrants must colour in The Glen Hotel’s 160-Year Birthday Party colouring in sheet and complete all details on the form including name, age, parent/guardian and mobile number and returned to The Glen Hotel.
- By entering this competition you give the promoter permission to use entrants details for the purpose of sending promotional and new service updates via email
- The promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received or are received late
- All entries will be the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrants
- Entries will be judged by the The Glen Hotel Team on Saturday 26th August, 2023 and will be displayed in the photo exhibition in the Elaine Room at The Glen Hotel. Judging will be on the merit of the entry.
- There will be one (1) prize winner for each age category; 4-8 years and 9-13 years, who will each become the ambassador of The Parlor which entitles the recipient to try one (1) scoop of our Flavour Of The Month Gelato at The Glen Hotel, each month leading up to August 2024. The recipient must capture a snapshot and post to socials and tag @glenhotel and @parlordesserts.
- The prize winners names will be published on The Glen Hotel’s website and social media pages. The parent/guardian of the prize winners will also be notified on Friday 25th August.
